Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. We’ve created this policy to be fair to both our guests and our small team.
Rescheduling
You’re welcome to reschedule your booking up to 5 hours before your scheduled start time.
Reschedule requests must be made through your booking confirmation email.
All new dates and times are subject to availability.
Because we reserve your session especially for you, we’re unable to accommodate reschedule requests made within 5 hours of your start time.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.
If We Need to Reschedule
In rare cases (such as weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), we may need to reschedule your booking. If that happens, you’ll have the option to:
Move your session to another available date, or
Receive a full refund.
We truly appreciate your understanding. As a small business, last-minute changes can be difficult to fill, and your respect for these time windows helps us continue offering a great experience to everyone.
