1. Acknowledgement of Risks
I acknowledge that participation in sauna-related activities with The Sweaty Panda Inc. involves inherent and unforeseeable risks. These include, but are not limited to: exposure to high heat, burns, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, slips and falls, equipment failure, inclement weather, and delayed access to emergency services due to remote locations. I also recognize the risk of illness, including communicable diseases. These risks may cause temporary or permanent injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for these risks. I also understand that if the sauna is parked or operating on public or private land, the property owner is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage arising from my participation.

2. Health Conditions and Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of using a sauna and do not suffer from any medical conditions that could be worsened by heat exposure or physical exertion. I am not under the influence of alcohol or impairing medications. I understand that cannabis use is not prohibited, but if used prior to sauna participation, it is done so at my own risk and discretion. Smoking cannabis or any substance inside the sauna is not permitted. If I have concerns (e.g., cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or metabolic issues, recent surgery, or pregnancy), I understand it is my responsibility to consult a healthcare provider. If supervising minors or dependents, I confirm they are fit to participate and I accept all responsibility for their well-being.

3. Conduct and Safety Obligations
I agree to act respectfully and safely while using the sauna. Bathing suits are mandatory; nudity or inappropriate behavior is prohibited. I will use caution on slippery or uneven surfaces and report any hazards. I will not bring or consume glass, illegal drugs, or outside alcohol. Cannabis use is permitted outside the sauna at my discretion, but not inside the unit. I will monitor my condition and stay hydrated. Minors 18 and under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. Staff may remove individuals or terminate access without refund for rule violations or safety concerns.

4. Communicable Disease Acknowledgment
I understand that The Sweaty Panda Inc. cannot guarantee protection from communicable illnesses. I confirm I am not currently experiencing symptoms of any illness, have not tested positive recently, and am not under a public health order to self-isolate. I accept the risk of exposure and voluntarily assume all associated responsibilities.

5. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize The Sweaty Panda Inc. staff to provide basic first aid, summon emergency medical services, and assist with transportation to a healthcare facility. I understand medical support may be delayed due to remote or outdoor locations. I accept full financial responsibility for any emergency care or medical services required. If signing for a minor, I grant the same emergency authority on their behalf.

6. Loss, Theft, and Property Damage
I accept responsibility for safeguarding my personal belongings and understand The Sweaty Panda Inc. is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. I agree to use all sauna equipment and structures respectfully and safely. I will not tamper with heaters, pour water on sauna rocks unless authorized, or cause undue wear or damage. I will pay for any repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from my actions or the actions of minors or dependents under my supervision.

7. Waiver, Release, and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive all present and future claims against The Sweaty Panda Inc., its owners, staff, contractors, landowners, and affiliated parties (the "Releasees") for injuries, damages, or losses, even if caused by negligence. I release and forever discharge the Releasees from any and all liability and agree not to sue. I also agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from third-party claims resulting from my conduct or breach of this agreement. This waiver applies to all future visits unless revoked in writing.

8. Legal Rights and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Nova Scotia. I consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, regardless of where I reside. This agreement binds my heirs, estate, executors, and assigns. If any part of this waiver is found invalid, the rest shall remain in full force.

9. Minors with Parental Consent
If I am signing on behalf of a minor 18 or under, I confirm I am their legal parent or guardian with authority to do so. I assume all risks and responsibilities for the Minor’s participation, including emergency medical consent. I confirm the Minor is medically fit, understand that they must be supervised at all times, and agree to indemnify the Company for any claims arising from their participation.

10. Digital Consent
By clicking "I Agree" or providing an electronic signature via the app, I consent to all terms above. This consent shall apply to all current and future visits to The Sweaty Panda Inc.
